Day 2: "My Fortress"
Main events include:
I. FITNESS TALK
A psychology doctor came over to talk about
1. Balanced diet
2. Healthy lifestyle
3. Managing stress
3. SUCCESS
After the talk, we recapped what we did on the previous days. We were asked to write down the key-words using alphabets of A to Z.
Then, we had activities on how to achieve success in life.

4. STE IDOL
Every group, Sprinta, Primax, Syntium and Mac 5 have to send representatives to participate in this event.
I and "Wait for it - Awesome" Atika was the representative of our group.
We sung the song "I lay my love on you - Westlife".
As usual, in this competition, we had Randy, Paula and Simon as the judges.
Moral of the event : Accept criticizes from people. We should not hurt other people's feelings.
Keyword : C.U.S.H.I.O.N

Day 3: "Leading the pack"
1. OUTDOOR GAME
Today, our whole group, Group 2 were told to battle Group 1 in an outdoor game.
The game played is about a sinking ship with many passengers in it and we have to reach a safe point by using very few pieces of planks only.
Moral value : We should help each other in life. Manage time properly.
Before the game started, again we recapped what we did one day before. This time we had to put the key points into a simple sketch or nursery rhythm.. My group, Sprinta came out with this rhythm of "Bla Bla Black Sheep" about nutritions. It sounds like this.
Eat, eat at STE. Have you any food?
Yes sir, yes sir, 3 good meals.
One in the morning, one in the afternoon,
and one in the evening and we are full,
with balanced diet. :D
Besides that, we also come out with our "Group 2 - Skyrider" cheer/yell/warcry. It goes like this.
Kopi O! Group 1 KO!
Coca Cola, Seven Up!
Go Sky Rider don't give up!
Ambare ambare wa ambare ambare wa
Oh mina mina! Ye ye ye!
Fasinya lawa lawa,
Budaknya gila gila,

Besides that, we shouldn't be JUDGMENTAL and should listen to others

We learned to cultures and diversities of people of different races. I learned so much about the cultures of my own race and also others.
Day 4: "He Mindful Heart"
1. TALK ABOUT SCHOLARSHIP
We were briefed about the details of the scholarship.
2. CLASS ACTIVITIES
Sharing sessions about :
1. respect our PARENTS
2. what we can do to OURSELF, FAMILY and SOCIETY if given second chance.
3. what we wanna STOP, START and CONTINUE
3. CERTIFICATE GIVING
4. GRADUATION NIGHT
We had our last dinner and performances.
Our group presented 3 different dance.
I was in charge of the lion dance.
